Pigs in Blankets Ingredients:
16 slices bacon |
16 sausages |
2 tablespoons thyme |
salt |
pepper |
oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Stretch the bacon rashers by running the blunt side of a kitchen knife along each one (this will stop them from shrinking when cooked). 2. Place the sausages on a clean work surface and sprinkle with the thyme. Roll a stretched rasher around each sausage and place in a non-stick roasting tin, seam-side down. Season and spray with oil. 3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and the bacon is crisp and golden. Serve immediately. |
