1 lb farmer sausage |
4 cups flour |
1/2 cup lard |
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Cut sausage into 3 inch lengths and split into quarters. 2. Cut lard into dry ingredients. 3. Add milk until a small ball is formed. 4. Roll out to 1/4 in thick. 5. Cut into 3 inch squares 6. Roll up a piece of sausage in the pastry. 7. Place on cookie sheet and bake 425 for 15 to 20 min. |
