This is a good cake with a light and creamy frosting. Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup butter |
4 eggs |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges |
3 ounces instant vanilla pudding |
22 ounces crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
9 ounces cool whip |
1 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. -CAKEDIRECTIONS-. 2. Beat all ingredients well. 3. Bake in 3 round pans at 325 for 25 minutes. 4. Bake in 9*13 pan for 35 minutes. 5. -ICINGDIRECTIONS-. 6. Mix puddin and pineapple. 7. Let set a few minutes. 8. Add sugar, cool whip, and coconut. 9. Spread between layers and on sides and top. 10. Keep in icebox. |
