So Easy and Yet so GOOD! It's hard to eat just one piece! Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, not drained |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1 can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (3 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix with undrained mandarin oranges, eggs and oil. 2. Bake in 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan at 350* for 30-35 minutes . 3. Let Cool Mix Coolwhip, drained pineapple and instant pudding together. 4. Frost cooled cake. 5. Store in refrigerator. |
