This cake gets its name because people tend to make pigs of themselves while eating it! :) Ingredients:
18 ounces yellow cake mix |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup margarine, softened |
11 ounces mandarin oranges |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
3 1/2 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix |
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar |
4 ounces whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix, eggs, margarine, mandarin oranges and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min or until cake tests done. 2. Drain pineaple, reserving juice. Blend reserved juice and pudding mix in bowl. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Chill in refrigerator. |
