This is an easy and simple recipe and a great way to use up extra pantry items laying around. Ingredients:
6 -8 whole wheat lasagna noodles |
2 cups diced potatoes |
1 onion, diced |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 cup shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degress. 2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain & Set aside. 3. Saute onion in butter until tender. 4. Layer the noodles, potatoes, onion, and shredded cheese in a baking dish. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
