1 1/4 cups white flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup sunflower oil |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Mix wet with wet and dry with dry. Then place in an oiled and floured tin. Bake for 35- 45 minutes at 200c.
