Easy recipe for those who enjoy sweet cakey cornbread and who like to use convience mixes Ingredients:
1 package (9 oz.) yellow cake mix |
1 package (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, stir together mixes.
2. In mediium bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
3. Add to mixes and stir until just combined.
4. Pour into 8 inch square pan that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray.
5. Bake in 400F degree oven for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. If you use a glass dish, temperature
