Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 can pie filling, your choice of flavor |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter. 2. Beat in eggs and vanilla (use a wire whisk). 3. Add flour and mix for 3 minutes. 4. Spread in a 15x10 jelly roll pan, ungreased. 5. Top with canned pie filling, your choice. 6. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. |
