Quick and easy to make. You can make it with your favorite fruit.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 cups any dried fruit, that has been cooked (e.g. raisins, cherry pie filling, cooked sweetened blackberries etc.)
Directions:
1. Stir milk, flour and sugar together.
2. Pour into a buttered pie pan.
3. Pour fruit on top of batter.
4. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
