turkish bread Ingredients:
240 g flour |
1/2 tsp sugar |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 tsp dry yeast |
Directions:
1. mix 30 ml water with one tbsp flour, 0.5 tsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast and let it rise for 30 min 2. add the rest of the flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, 0.5 tsp salt and 125 ml water, mix and let it rise for 50 min (soft sticky dough) 3. pour on baking paper, flatten out to a round shape; sprinkle sesame seeds on top 4. bake in preheated oven (250celsius) for approx 10 min |
