A zesty addition for fajitas, chips, and more! Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
2 serrano peppers, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 medium tomatoes, diced |
1/2 lemon, juice only |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours. 2. Tastes great with fajitas, or with just plain crisps (add more tomatoes for a more salsa-base for chips). |
