A zesty addition for fajitas, chips, and more!
Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 serrano peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 lemon, juice only
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all together and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours.
2. Tastes great with fajitas, or with just plain crisps (add more tomatoes for a more salsa-base for chips).
