Rachael Ray recipe....easy not much to it Pico de Gallo. For added heat finely chop a jalepeno and put it in there. If it's not too hot, your kids might actually love this...serve with tortilla chips or put on your favorite taco.
Ingredients:
1 large tomato, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 white onion, coarsely chopped
2 limes, juiced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt and freshy ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
