Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 medium red onion, chopped |
2 green onions, whites and green parts sliced |
1 serrano chili, minced |
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped |
1 lime, juiced |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss together to combine well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. |
