Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
2 green onions, whites and green parts sliced
1 serrano chili, minced
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss together to combine well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
