Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 limes, juice of
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno, salt and pepper.
2. Nice addition to cheese quesadillas, burritos and salads.
