Great with fajitas or just to dip your tortilla chips into. Ingredients:
1/2 lb ripe plum tomato, seeded and finely chopped |
2 tablespoons minced red onions |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 canned chipotle chile, seeded and minced |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and season to taste. 2. Let stand at room temperature for atleast 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. |
