A refreshing salad with a BLT-like taste. Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounces ranch dip |
1 lb macaroni, cooked |
1/2 cup ham, chopped |
1 cup peas, defrosted |
1/4 cup scallion, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1 cup red bell pepper, diced |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Spoon the ranch dip (we use T. Marzetti's) into a large mixing bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Toss gently to combine. 4. Refrigerate. |
