Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 small red onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup chopped black olives
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, red onion, parsley, olives, mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper, mixing well to blend.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
