I hate tuna salad, but I love tuna, so this recipe has been developing over the years. Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna (i prefer in water) |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/4 tablespoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) |
1 pickle, diced (i use claussen) (optional) |
1 hard-boiled egg, diced (optional) |
4 slices american cheese (optional) |
Directions:
1. Drain tuna and add together all ingredients (except cheese) in a medium sized bowl. Mix well. 2. Serving Suggestion: Create a tuna sandwich with american cheese, Cook in skillet, or George Foreman Grill until brown. |
