Some people will pickle anything. this one is pretty good ! Ingredients:
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
2/3 cup oil |
bay leaves |
salt & pepper |
sliced vidailias onions |
shrimp shelled & deveined |
Directions:
1. Layer shrimp, onions, and bay leaves in sealed container . mix oil vinegar salt pepper and cover layers. refrigerate for 3- 4 days shake or mix daily. |
