Pickled Shrimp

This is not really a pickled recipe as it is a marinated shrimp recipe. The horseradish does not overpower the shrimp, and this is great with pre-meal cocktails.
Ingredients:
1 lb. of cooked shrimp (med.) or you can boil your own
8 oz. kraft horseradish sauce
8 oz. mayonaise
3 tbl. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 tbl. sugar
1 medium/large red onion halved and thinly sliced
Directions:
1. If cooking you own shrimp, let them cool before continuing.
2. Slice red onion in half and then thinly slice it into half moons (1/0 thick), preferably on a mandolin.
3. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight.
4. Enjoy!
