1/2 c white vinegar |
4 bay leaves |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 tbl. sugar |
12 peppercorns |
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced |
1 jalepeno pepper, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Bring first five ingredients to a boil. 2. Stir in onion and jalepeno slices and remove from heat. Refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks |
