Very pretty and very tasty appetizer, sure to please all the egg lovers in your house. Enjoy Ingredients:
18 eggs hard boiled |
3/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar |
1/2 small white onion |
red food coloring or red beet juice |
Directions:
1. Mix the last five ingredients together and bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes. 2. Cool. 3. Pour over cooled hard boiled eggs and place in an airtight container. 4. Completely chill before serving. |
