my girlfriend gave me this to can them for her last year. Ingredients:
2 quarts jalapeno peppers |
2 cups vinegar |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch italian seasoning |
1 dash olive oil |
4 -5 cloves garlic |
Directions:
1. clean and trim the stem of peppers,pierce the sides of the peppers, place in jars. 2. Add 1 tea salt, pinch of italian seasoning, and three or four cloves of garlic, a dab of oil. 3. mix equal parts of water and white vinegar. 4. boil for 10 minutes and then process in water bath. |
