Ingredients:
2 pound(s) green beans trimmed |
4 head(s) dill |
4 clove(s) garlic |
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper |
1/4 cup(s) salt |
2 1/2 cup(s) vinegar |
2 1/2 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Pack beans into 4 pint jars. Add garlic, dill and 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper to each jar. Bring salt, vinegar, and water to a boil. Pour over beans in jars w/ 1/4 headspace. Remove air bubbles. Process in boiling water for 10 minutes. |
