Found this on . Look at the calories - this is a dieter's dream! I love it with regular pickles & pickle juice instead of sweet. Time does not include chilling time. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped fresh |
1 medium zucchini, sliced |
1/2 cup sweet pickle (fresh cucumber pickles) |
2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice |
2 tablespoons chives, chopped |
1 dash oregano |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend half of the ingredients until finely chopped. 2. Pour into bowl and repeat with remaining ingredients. 3. Chill thoroughly. |
