This is a great recipe for pickled eggs. They make me gag, but my husband loved them. Ingredients:
2 dozen hard-boiled eggs (chilled) |
2 1/2 cups vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons pickling salt |
2 cups cold water |
Directions:
1. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, and water. 2. Boil 10 minutes. 3. Pour over eggs, when cold. 4. Leave 3 days. |
