Ingredients:
24 eggs |
2 cans whole beets |
cider vinegar |
sugar |
Directions:
1. While eggs are boiling, Drain beets, mix equal parts of beet juice, vinegar, sugar and add to gallon jar. 2. When eggs are done, peel and add to jar, then add beets to cover. 3. Will be ready in 3 days. 4. I add some thinly sliced onions to mine. |
