Boiling time for the eggs and the standing time not included in the preparation time. Ingredients:
24 cloves |
6 hard-boiled eggs, boiled |
2 cups vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Shell the eggs and stick 4 cloves in each egg. 2. Heat the vinegar and when boiling add the salt, pepper and mustard. 3. Put the eggs in a glass jar and pour boiling vinegar mixture over them. 4. Cover tightly and let stand 2 weeks in the refrigerator before using. |
