Tasty diet subzi (vegetable dish) Ingredients:
500 g cauliflower |
1 1/2 teaspoons black onion seeds (kalonji) |
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds (rai) |
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds (saunf) |
3 red chilies |
1 teaspoon red chili powder |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Dry roast kalonji, rai, saunf and chilies. Add 1/2 cup water, boil, add cauliflower, red chili powder, vinegar and salt. 2. Stir fry and cook covered, stir occassionaly, sprinkle water in between. |
