A spicy bread-good served warm with soup or chili. Use a jarred picante sauce such as Pace. I used medium, but mild or hot would work, depending on your tastes. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups picante sauce, jarred, medium |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 cups bread flour |
1/2 cup cornmeal |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in machine according to maufacturers instructions. 2. Use medium setting. 3. Remove from pan when done and cool on a wire rack. |
