So very simple beef sandwiches Ingredients:
1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin |
3/4 cup picante sauce or 3/4 cup salsa |
1/2 cup sour cream |
pita pockets or flour tortilla |
Directions:
1. Cook beef until done 2. mix with picante sauce and sour cream. 3. stuff bread and enjoy! 4. Note: I've also used steak-ums for the meat. and the sopaipilla portion of Beef Stuffed Sopaipillas for the pocket bread yum. |
