An easy and simple radish salad that is often served as a side salad. Cooking time shown of 30 mins is refrigeration time.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
1/8 cup mint, finely chopped
1/8 cup orange juice
1/8 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
2. Needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
