Great Italian dip or appetizer! Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
5 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese |
fresh parsley, chopped (for color) |
crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Pour vinegar and oil into a shallow dish such as a pie dish. 2. Add garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper. Mix well. 3. Serve with a variety of breads; sliced. |
