A quick and easy way to add some fresh vegetables to your daily diet. I spread the guacamole on a tortilla and add rice and Phyllis' Fresh Salsa for a quick and easy meal. Ingredients:
3 avocados |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 large ripe tomato, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. 2. With a spoon scoop out the insides and put in a medium bowl. 3. Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder and lemon juice. 4. With a potato masher, squash the avocados until creamy. 5. Chop the tomato and fold in mixing everything well. 6. Serve as a dip, sandwich filling or garnish. |
