Everyone just loves Phyllis' cookies! :-) The yield size is estimated as I have not made these yet. Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter |
3 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg yolk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Blend together all of the ingredients. 3. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet (Phyllis uses a cookie press!). 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes. |
