No cooking. Allow 5 mins. to assemble and blend, 5 mins. to clean blender. High Omega 3s, Calcium and Vit C. If all fruit is frozen and other ingredients cold, this can turn into a mousse to be eaten with a spoon.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk, lowfat
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup grape juice, 100% juice, purple
1/4 cup cranberries, frozen
6 strawberries
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tablespoon flax oil
Directions:
1. Put juice, milk, yogurt, cranberries and strawberries into blender.
2. Add whey protein powder.
3. Blend.
4. Add flax oil when partially blended (otherwise it goes to the bottom of the blender and doesn't mix).
5. Blend 4 minutes.
