Cold breakfast. OK before yoga class. Ingredients:
1 scoop (designer whey) whey protein powder, vanilla praline |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup fruit juice |
1 tablespoon flax seed |
1/2 small banana, frozen |
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend 3-4 minutes until fluffy and thick. |
