my version of sheperd pie Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups mashed potatoes |
1 lbs lean hamburger |
5 1/2 c del monte peas & carrots |
24 g brown gravy mix |
2 tsp worcestershire sauce |
2 2/3 c potatoes specialty homestyle creamy butter mashed |
1 tsp paprika |
61 g sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. brown hamburger drain off fat 2. add carrots, peas, worcestire sauce and gravy 3. cook until peas and carrotts are soft 4. place meat and vegetable mixture in 9 x 13 casserole 5. cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with paprika and cheese 6. bake 350 for 30 mins. |
