1/4 lb prosciutto sliced 'thin |
1/4 lb.salami sliced 'thin |
8 oz. lb. hard provolone cheese |
8 oz. sliced smoked mozzarella cheese |
small jar of artichoke hearts |
assorted olives |
extra virgin olive oil |
bed of lettuce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Roll meats, slice cheeses and arrange on large plate or platter, along with artichokes and olives. It's okay to drizzle a little liquid from the olives and artichoke jars, along with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 2. More ideas: 3. Meats: Capocollo 'sliced thin', Pepperoni 'sliced thin' 4.
