A very old recipe almost forgotten. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice |
1 cup milk |
1 cup cornmeal |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients,beat well and pour into a well buttered 10 pie pan. 2. The batter will be quite thin. 3. Bake at 375 degrees until nicely browned. 4. Break into pieces. 5. Serve Warm |
