A simple, fast cheese sauce for vegetables or over baked potatoes. From my east coast SIL. Ingredients:
4 ounces milk (whole is the best) |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 ounces parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
Directions:
1. Heat milk and cream cheese over low heat stirring. 2. until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over. 3. hot vegetables or baked potatoes. |
