Philly Mediterranean Pasta Salad |

Pasta is tossed in a creamy sauce with lemon zest, spinach, grape tomatoes, chopped red onions, and feta cheese--it's a perfect picnic salad for a crowd. Ingredients:
4 cups medium pasta shells, uncooked |
1 (270 g) tub philadelphia original cooking creme |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
6 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped |
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved |
1/2 cup chopped red onions chopped red onions |
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. 2. Place pasta in large bowl. Add reserved water, Cooking Creme and zest; toss to coat. 3. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. |
