I don't recall where I found this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4oz) |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
french bread, chunks |
Directions:
1. Heat cream cheese and milk in fondue pot or saucepan over low heat; stir until smooth. Add cheddar cheese; stir constantly until melted. Stir in onion. 2. Dip bread chunks into fondue. 3. Keep fondue hot while serving. |
