A great holiday appetizer or snack. You can use your favorite cracker but lighter tasting ones work best. This is so simple it freaks me out. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup almonds, crushed |
10 fluid ounces cranberry chutney |
1 package rice crackers |
Directions:
1. 1. Place cream cheese on a serving plate. Coat with crushed almonds. 2. 2. Pour cranberry chutney over cheese. 3. 3. Serve with crackers |
