Very light with lots of flavor Ingredients:
12 honey maid honey grahams, finely crushed |
6 tbsp. butter, melted |
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar, divided |
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup strawberry preserves |
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped |
1 tub (8oz.) cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. Mix graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup of the sugar 2. pressonto bottom of 13x9 inch pan. 3. Refrigerate while preparing filling 4. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. 5. Add preserves; mix well 6. Place strawberries and remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar in small bowl. 7. Mash with fork. 8. Stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cheese mixture. 9. Spoon over crust and cover 10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. |
