Petite Peas With Thyme and Garlic |

This is a simple, tasty side dish. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 large garlic clove, minced |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby peas |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped |
seasoning salt |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil, garlic and peas in a skillet. 2. Add thyme and lettuce. 3. Mix well, then cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes. 4. Peas should be bright but tender and lettuce should be wilted. 5. Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste. |
