One of my family's favorite mussel dish. Using Negi (Onion) Miso-Mayonnaise, grilled like a gratin. Very much suit for Japanese Sake(Rice wine) or White wine. Ingredients:
10 pieces mussel half shell off |
**using left over cooked mussel |
a) 4 tablespoon mayonnaise |
a) 3 tablespoon miso (any kind) |
a) 3 tablespoon spring onion (finely chopped) |
4 table spoon breadcrumb for toppings |
Directions:
1. Set oven at 200 degree C 2. +++++++++++++++ 3. All A) ingredients mix well 4. put Miso-Mayonnaise on the mussel 5. and put breadcrumb 6. +++++++++++++++ 7. Place them into oven for 10-15min 8. Serve hot! |
