Pete's Ginger Salad Dressing

If you love the ginger salad dressings served in Japanese restaurants, you're gonna love this! Use any blender, but I love my Vita-Mix.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup peanut or soy bean oil
1 stalk celery
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 carrot (peeled and top removed)
4 tablespoons ginger
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
hot sauce (texas pete's)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Blend till well pureed.
