Great low fat alternative! Ingredients:
1/4 cup pine nuts |
5 cups basil leaves |
5 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed |
1/4 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons fat-free chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Put everything in the food processor and blend till smooth. 2. Add chicken broth till smooth. 3. 1 serving is 1 TBS. Try topping chicken, shrimp, or pasta! |
